I could be up for that, Leeds shouldn't be a problem as it is only an hour

by train. I may be working down south and staying at my parents over the

summer although I will return home at weekends.

>You weren't involved in the AR group in Cardiff were you??

No I wasn't. Most of my time there was weekends only as for a lot of the

time I was working from parents at week days back then too.

At the time I didn't know any vegetarians or vegans, my family are still

all carnivores. In the two years I've been with my girlfriend she's become

vegetarian and very recently vegan, and she only got subjected to my diet

twice a fortnight (she lives in the Midlands so we can only see each other

at alternate weekends).

I think Leeds is probably closer, it doesn't take as long to get there by

train (or bus). It would be good to know of somewhere to shop in Leeds

though as it would make a change. I've only been to Leeds a few times , is

Beano's far from the city centre?

>I've never been to Hull, but it's by the sea. isn't it?

Sort of. It's about 15 miles inland on the Humber estuary although it is a

fairly wide river and makes a wonderful view as you arrive in the city as

the railway line runs alongside it. You can get buses out to the costal

villages though which is something I keep meaning to do.

>How is Hull?

It's a bit boring being as it is fairly isolated and in a rural county, yet

close enough to Leeds or Sheffield for people with cars to go there for

shopping, concerts etc. As such there's not much outside of the ordinary

and mainstream although it's not a bad place really and is under rated by a

lot of people. The best thing though is that it is a really cheap place to

live.

That sounds good. So far the only shop know of in Leeds is the fair trade

one near the Corn Exchange.
