Guest guest
I have skin problems, extremely dry and spotty. It's got worse recently, the spots are always at the base of hair follicles and are 50% of the time infected. I've been to the "antibiotic handout zone" and he reassures me it's not dietary. I think it is.
Guest guest
I have heard (and seen) numerous complaints from vegans about their skin condition. Do some research on the net (I'm sure you already are). Guest guest
Message to Ashley C. What are you eating that may cause this? Usually anything full of toxins and chemicals would cause this. How long have you been vegan for? Guest guest
Will Ashley H do? :-) I've only been vegan a short time but am obviously eating less toxins than I was as a vegetarian or omnivore, so I don't think the toxins are the answer.
