Sounds good. I've made similar.

They also do a vegan pizza at Neal's Yard Salad bar in Covent Garden,

but to be honest I was not impressed :(

I used to live with a vegan girl who once made some vegan cheese.

Unusually it turned out like a hard cheese. It also melted like real

cheese on top of our pizzas - the stuff I've (rarely) bought tends to

go lumpy/oily when heated. I'll have to dig out the recipe. It tasted

nice and nutty..

I've had it too, pizza was nice but a bit small and came with too many

other things for my liking!! Took me ages to eat it!!

I would recommend Neal's Yard, though, as they have lots of vegan

options and it has a really nice atmosphere. Not to mention a few cute

waiters!! ;)
