All you need to get a book deal is a good idea, two chapters and a lay out of the rest. And a husband that will pay huge phone bills. But you have that already. What you are considering would be the kind of idea that Fourth Estate would be interested. If you have magazine articles published it will be easier but play the game of being detached from those issue that you feel emotive about and avoid ranting. Call it some trendy sounding titles like " Workplace Warzones " and you are off. John >Surely if they use the 5 year rolling plan', >then they still test on animals >????Angie Surely because you used yor mum and dad's gene you are still dependent on animal products? To be totally vegan you will have to give them back and not pass them on and be born the 7th daughter of a vegan family of 7 times 7 generations. They dont. Like anyone else they use whatever is around and have set the best possible example or any plc in the world. It bugs me more when idiots who have achieved nothing in their life [ not accusing you personally Lesley ] take the easy route of kicking into the few people that actually do, e.g. Body Shop, Plamil etc. How many mices died to provide your cornflakes and so on ... ad naseum. BTW, what is the sell by date on karma? I reckon it lands on the first person to do it and the second person who buys it.

I just was not confident of getting the commitment of enough other people to write their stories, like getting blood out of a stone. I was happy to look into how to self-publish, starting with buying Alex Bourke's little book on how to do this. > > > They dont. I'm puzzled as to where I come into it. Lesley
