Cant remember any names but I think East West is the main publisher. Aveline Kushi, Oliver Crowmeadow, Montse Bradford are good names. " The Sweet Life " is one killer dessert cook book to help you avoid sugar and blues but what we need most is a a good holistic overview of what food is, when and how to eat it. Where are you?
