I only look 21!!!!! > > Angie I do hope it's true! I do know that smokers of 40 years old have about the same amount of wrinkles as non-smokers of 60. I did also hear that sugar ages the body too. Not sure if there is any link with veganism. I always looked young when I didn't want to, I looked about 16 when I was pushing 20, but I think my age is catching up on me now, just as I would like to start looking young for my years.
