I think it gets your body to produce cholesterol, which may be okay seeing I don't eat any, but I do have 20 years of eating crap to clear from my body, ick. The thing that really annoys me is the way crap fat substitutes are used because they are cheep. I want natural! Still waiting to hear from Sainsburys.
