Guest guest
Listen, We're all guilty of violence. Killing a plant, crushing a seed, squeezing an orange can all be considered a form of violence. Similarily killing an animal is a form of violence. .. its several orders of magnitude larger, but it is indeed a form of violence. We have to say that we're not willing to go to that level of violence. Meat-eaters are happy to do that. So why are they not happy to kill their own prey ?? Our western meat-eating friends balk at the Chinese and other orientals for eating domesticated animals and bugs, etc.. but what is the difference between that and a big chunky steak?? So what if we're stuck in the Antartica or a desert, the meat-eater would live longer than me. Thats about the lamest excuse I've heard. I bet, that stranded on an island, the meat-eater would die first as they'd be too slow to catch their prey, while I could find some cool natural veggies!! Not to mention the thousands of animals that I didnt eat during my lifetime.
