Guest guest
On the subject of olive oil. How does it compare to other oils like canola or soya oil in terms of EFA's? What oil should I be eating to get rid of dry skin? Doctors aren't bothered about dry skin because they're constantly dealing with more serious problems, any advice for the wonderful people on this list? Sergio, I don't tend to use olive oil because without fail, it's never on oil charts. I've yet to see olive oil mentioned on any nutritional information, this is what leads me to believe that it's a marketing gimmick playing on Mediterranean health. Having said that I do like the taste of it in Garlic bread/Salads/Pasta etc. RM By the way, in what kinds of foods you are using olive oil? I've tried it (it's quite exotic and expensive here ) And found it good only in few salads and roasting, because it gives unusual olive flavor.
