I hope you don't mind me joining in. I think olive oil is the best to use

for cooking and salad dressings. It is rich in mono-unsaturated fats, so is

quite stable. For dry skin I would suggest a mixture of evening primrose

oil and linseed oil daily. You can also apply evening primrose oil, aloe

vera etc.

Thanks guys,

I'll have a go at those ideas. Made some more tempeh, this is the best

batch yet. MMMMM I really love this stuff. I really miss the aloeveria

plant we used to have. You could just go and get a " leaf " , split it in half

and apply it to childhood wounds and they'd heal so much better.
