There's not much sword work until a few belts away. We do lots of defence techniques from sword attacks etc. What is Yang? Yang is....well, you do it like this..... ......see? :-) Ummm - how do you describe a Tai Chi form? It's completely different to what you do - it's more the " moving meditation " sort of Tai Chi!
