Any help please? Enviromental impacts of animal farming

Peter's already metioned the vegan society, but I wanted to add that

they also produce a leaflet entitled " Are your meals costing the

earth " about the environmental impact of an animal based diet. You

could ask them where they got their evidence from (I'm presuming you

need some published scientific research in a respected journal). I

could send you a copy of the leaflet if it helps.

 

Also the Ecologist magazine might be able to help - they usually

reference their scientific sources for any articles, though I'm not

aware of any articles specically on this subject, but its always

alluded to (I've only been reading it for the last few months).
