working abroad

Hello all,

 

Another question for you. As it's possible that I may be 'inbetween jobs'

for a while, I was toying with the idea of working abroad for a while. Where

to go and what to do I'm not sure yet. I was reading through a book with

many opportunities from fruit picking to conservation work in many different

countries. The one thing that is putting me off is much of the accomodation

provided means sharing with others [who are likely to be meat eaters] and

some places expect you to take turns of cooking meals. This could be a

problem. I want to enjoy any experience of possibly working abroad and want

to avoid any arguments. So my best bet would be to be working alongside

other veg[etari]ans in a vegan friendly country. Are there any vegan

organisations for workers abroad? [it would have to be paid work, even if

it's just enough to live on]Has anyone else spent time working abroad? What

are your experiences? Any tips?
