Well yesterday was a bit busy (obviously), today was too first thing in the morning (as people rush to check the news). I have no great love of centres of capitalism, or of defence organisations, but killing thousands of people is NOT the way to protest about them. There isn't much in the way of opnion you can state other than " well that was crap, wasn't it? " . I am scared that the US government will use this as an excuse to bomb the hell out of random countries (and by extension ours, as they seem to be in bed together). I'm also scared that all governments will use it as a reason to clamp down even more on peoples rights - apparantly there was already one person on Radio 5 yesterday claiming it was the internet's fault for allowing people to discuss terrorism using strong crypto. ...ciaran -- OGG Vorbis, the new music format: http://www.vorbis.com/

Guest guest
I am interested to know the numbers of people who die because of war every day in the East, in dictatorship countries - I know it is not the same everyday but tottal is probably higher number of fatalities. >I am scared that the US government will use this as an excuse to bomb >the hell out of random countries (and by extension ours, as they seem >to be in bed together). There is a likelyhood that if we go to war I will be conscripted 'cos Blair has already pleged his allegiance to that Beseball Team manager in the US!!! I'm also scared that all governments will use >it as a reason to clamp down even more on peoples rights yeh - it probably will end that way - true, Sigh, Andy >-- >OGG Vorbis, the new music format: http://www.vor\ bis.com/ > > >To to the Digest Mode [ recommended ], send an email to: vegan-network-digest > >
