My name is Brook katz. I am a nutritionist and gourmet vegan chef from the USA. I will be in the UK for the next 2 months touring with my newest cookery book, " New Favorites, Re- designed recipes for your health " . I travel the world working with different groups for no fee, helping to make vegans and more conscious aware people. I notice you have several programs for your group coming up. If you have any openings for speakers or would like delicious vegan cuisine served at any of your other health related programs, please contact me as soon as possible so I can fit it into my schedule. I promote veganism, healthy eating, and organics around the world. I will be in the London area for the next 3 weeks and then touring around for the next month.
