Of course there are different ways to tame horses too though. There was

that movie based on the real guy, called the " Horse Whisperer. " And

apparently the guy in real life is even more relaxed and gentle than in the

movie. I heard something on NPR or BBC about this a couple years back. I

still think you are right about the grayness of this area, but at least here

is more info.
