i had a piece i found out this morning it had eggs and

milk in it. i was really upset because she didnt tell

me the truth and i dont eat animal products as well as

last night i was totally sick and throwing up and felt

Sorry, I'm a bit behind in answering this. Basically, as everyone else

says-it was a mistake. You did not go out of your way to cause deliberate

harm to an animal. I'm sure this sort of thing has happened to most of us.

If it makes you feel any better, in the past I have eaten soup with chicken

stock in it [someone assured me it was vegetable stock] At a party my

'friends' thought it would be funny to put a sausage into my vegan sandwich

when I wasn't looking. Ho ho ho, hilarious, eh? As far as I'm concerned,

unless we choose to eat meat and dairy, then we are still living a cruelty

free lifestyle as far as it is possible and practical.
