Guest guest
http://www.pataks.co.uk/cgi-bin/shop?next=standard & action=products-cat & product_i\ d=9 is a page of poppadums from a uk producer. it says: " Pappadums are crunchy, crisp snacks traditionally eaten as a meal accompaniment giving contrasting texture and flavour to a meal. They are produced from lentil flour that is rolled and then sun-dried. Pappadums can be either deep fried or roasted and are available in a variety of flavours.
