Guest guest
Someone told me at the weekend they had been advised that there is no nutritional value in eating sesame seeds unless they are crushed before hand. Is this true? Does anything like this apply to any other seeds or nuts? I have sesame seeds, liniseeds and pumpkin seeds in my breakfast every morning. I used to also have sunflowers seeds but I read somewhere sunflower seeds are best avoided since they inhibit the absorbtion of some essential fatty acid or something (is this true?)
