To keep your Hotmail account active be sure to sign-in at least once every

30 days. Accounts reaching 30 days of inactivity are formally deactivated

and all messages, folders, and contacts are permanently deleted. Within 90

Never get deactivated!

accounts. In addition, you get 10 MB of storage – that’s 5 times what you

have today.

For $12.95 per year, Hotmail Extra Storage gives you:

10 MB of storage for saving e-mail messages, photos, and attachments.

The ability to send and receive larger attachments (up to 1.5 MB) .

The freedom to sign-in whenever you need to and never risk losing your

Hotmail account information or e-mail name.

I once, too used as my main email account - but then I found

Runbox.com - which in my opinion was the best email account you could

get - until they went pay for email a little while back, then I found

Outgun.com - which has some great features, and is a very good email

address, and has no ads too. Not sure what the timeout period on it

is, but I check it every day so not much problem. Hotmail can cram it

up their ass - when I briefly used Hotmail I found it completely

shite - as well as getting tons of spam from not only companies, but

also people I did not know.

I also have a whole bunch of forwarding addresses, all going to

steve - which I can change to forward to whichever is

my current account. :-)
