Guest guest
I understand you've got to let the coffee cool first. Some is better than others. Guest guest
I put soya mulk in my coffee (alright, it's SoyCaf) every bleedin' morning and I rarely ever have a curdle problem. I heat (NOT to a boil) my Provamel Blue and poor it into the cup which is about two-thirds to three-quarters full with the morning libation of your choice. I swear, it should not curdle! xxk@xx Soche id [socheid] 18 November 2001 10:57 veg soc-talk; vegan network; scouse veg [100% veg*n ] Soya milk in coffee Hello again, If I remember correctly someone recently made a posting advising that making coffee with Alpro doesn't curdle? Could someone please correct me as I must have this wrong? I have tried this and ended up with something which looked about as appealing as egg soup. I always add the soya milk before adding the water. At my girlfriend's suggestion I then tried heating the soya milk before adding the water. Absolutely no difference. Could someone please sdvise me how to make coffee with soya milk? Is it actually possible?
