At first, when I first converted to being vegan, I lost weight dramatically. Now the weight is coming back and I don't know how to control it! Before I became vegan I used to down a lot of lean meat as a part of my weight loss program, but now, I'm completely lost as to how to lose weight without running the risk of being malnourished. Any suggestions? Know of any websites I can visit? Thanks!
