Guest guest Posted November 26, 2001 Report Share Posted November 26, 2001 I'm 20...and yes, I'm Chinese, and I am one of those girls who has read practically every fitness/nutrition-related book out there! I'll take your advice and cut down on sugar. I consume a lot of vegetables (it takes up about 60% of my diet), I eat moderate portions of tofu, and carbs...yes, I am VERY careful with this food group...maybe it's just me, but I have observed how my weight just doubles whenever I start to eat the recommended amount of carbs. It must be the winter that's making me visit the kitchen every other five minutes!
