The temp thing surely has to be degrees F. Re the cream thing, I can't

comment for certain but my guess is this. Water is heated to the approved

temp, and then added to the cup / mug containing coffee and soya milk. No

need for dairy cream. I am interested to hear the word from the Starbuck's

guy Fraggle knows.
