Guest guest Posted December 22, 2001 Report Share Posted December 22, 2001 hello the answer is B12 fortified foods means that vitamins or minerals are added during the processing stage of foods ..which includes cereals, soy milks, tofu, etc you have to be careful with fortified foods, as sometimes the fortification comes from animal sources, sometimes vegetable, sometimes microbial action if you are unsure, contact the company of the brand you are interested in B12 is often found in: soy milks tofu brewers yeast certain sea vegetables (and unfiltered beer) tho, i've herard that the B12 in beer and yeast is hard for humans to extract hope that helps a little cheers fraggle Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
