[100% veg*n ] Lush thinks honey is vegan (?)

Are you in the UK? It's strange -- the staff at Lush have always gone to

great lengths to find ingredients lists for me if I have a question about

something (though, by now, I know which items I like and they're all vegan:

I've seen the list of ingredients). None of the shops near me have the

green blobs positioned next to the products. Weird. I am sure that they

don't think that honey is vegan, because I've had people tell me, " O, that's

not vegan. It's got honey in " . Thankfully, too, I'm not sensitive to the

essential oils and neither is my husband. This is odd, because I break out

quite easily. Never had a problem with Lush, touch wood.

They're not alone. Jurlique also classify honey as a vegetable

ingredient, as does Natio (an Australian brand).

But the thing is, Lush DON'T classify honey as non-animal. If you look at

their newspaper, Lush Times, it'll bear this out.
