Guest guest
Ben you hit the tack right on head far as I'm concerned, not that I'm about to go skip-diving or eating non-plant foods or anything, but there's no justification for nutritious food going to waste. The accountant doesn't get a look-in between the skip and the landfill so of course demand is not increased! Hard-and-fast rules can be an excuse to avoid thinking sometimes; though this is all academic as I think most of us would have difficulty with the practice. What is a shame is that *any* food is thrown in this manner whilst people (often omnis) go hungry, but remember the number 1 rule of corporations is there's nothing cheaper than a landfill.
