Guest guest
the article had it down for the fruit sugar/acid. apparently the worst thing thing is brushing them straight after when the sugars/acids have nicely softened up the enamel. what they advised was rinsing with water/gargle. actually come to think about it, the traditional way to eat fruit, as in Japan, India, the East etc was to sprinkle a little salt on the apple or orange, this would work to make it more alkaline and actually rounds off the sweetness nicely. try it. I am surprised, I did not think calcium was a issue for grown vegans. john >Vegans have to look out for their Calcium, Iron, B12, and Iodine. >So it could well be Calcium. > charlie_elise wrote: > > > bad teeth : > oh god I really hope it's not the fruit...no way, it can't be fruit, > can it?? although it could be the fruit
