Ah I missed that gig, but i did get to see them in 1996 when they were

supported by Stubborn all-stars and Ex-Cathedra. Gosh that was a fantastic

night!

I think i was grounded that time they played. Ex-Cathedra are excellent -

they used 2 play in Glasgow nearly every few weeks.

glascow eh? that's sorta funny..while we were in Bath, there was this guy

from scotland named jock who was staying with us at Citizen Fish's place, the

bungalow....

anyways, when we saw rancid and the swingin utters in bristol, jock kept

yellin out " SWINGIN " UTTERS ! GLASGOW!! " in the thick accent and waving his

arms all around...ahhh..drunks..ya have to luv em

Naw mate, it was at the Garage in Glasgow, they never seem to play here any

more now that their wallets are full. still a top class band tho,

i dunno, i actually thought the last album (Rancid 2000 - Hellcat) was their

best, but thats just my opinion

Aye man, ye cannae whack the thick accent likes, you'd be astonished but

there's a lot of drunks in Glasgow, although loveable isn't necessarily a

term i'd use for all of 'em, having to live with them day in day out.
