That's why you travel with a girl fraggle! If a teenage girl has her mohawk

charged standing in the middle of nowhere they stop, eventually. I've lived up

here about a year and a half now. It took me a year to find things to do.

Theres good shows that pass through. There's an awesome all veggie resturaunt

called the Sunflower. Awesome nutburgers! And a really good food not bombs.

We have some really good food every week. All vegan. -Lacie

sunflower...

name actually sounds familiar..wonder if i have eaten there before...hmmm....

well, i was traveling from connecticut(my father's house) to california(where

my mother use to live), and there wasn't a whole lot of gurls to take from

the little cow town i spent my winters in !!!..trust me..there were exactly 2

kids in the town i lived in that even remotely liked punk and that sort of

thing, and lil ol me was one of em

:)

but, i got to spend half of the year in SoCal, and go to zillion shows, and

NYC wasn't that far from our lil corner of purgatory in connecticut, so, it

wasn't all bad!

next time you come down to the east bay, you need to try out a resturant

called ambrosia in albany...went on sunday, only the 3rd time in like 3 yrs,

but, the food is incredible...its taiwanese style, all veggie...num num!

also layona in oakland is good, tho, you'll have to try it fast, the place is

always empty..tho the food is really good!!! bad location just outside of

downtown in a dead zone

hope they make it!!

cheers

fraggle
