there was no breach of netiquette there - and in fact, there is no need to

stop yourself from smashing a McDonalds window or bombing a vivisection lab

either - just make sure that you wear the de rigeur black balaclava and SWAT

fatigues when you do.

 

just feel better about yourself first and if you are doing any dope or

alcohol in large amounts, try giving it up for a while because they are

depressants and prone to making your more paranoid or neurotic about things.

 

do you know any other vegans or veggies in real life at all? we/they are all

heretics and pretty much nuts in one way or another. it comes witht he

territory. extremists are extreme. volunteering at your local animal

sanctuary/Peta/veggie organisation will get you out of your circle and into

one with folks that pretty much feel the same about things. channel your

energy positively. fine if you want to stay anon but where are you?

 

in truth, you probably come across fine. it is just your own internal

landscape that you are having a hard time with and your are hyper sensitive

to that. everyone else has their own going on as well and are far too busy

with it to bother about your's. you know, all the " no body loves me " , " my

bums too big " , " my parents/husband/girlfirend don¹t understand me " , "

how will I ever get laid " chatter that fills most people's lives.

 

excellent stuff as ever Graham, Carl Rogers is a legend and deserves to be a

folk legend.
