Despite our hard work, Micheal Pollack the writer of the Times who

wrote about this Black Angus cow will not allow us to purchase him.

He will unfortunatly sucumb to death by murder (blade to throat)

this June! Please think about Free everyday (I will shed tears for

him each day) this June as we know he will endure horrible pain just

as so many more must endure. I have grown very attached to this cow

even though I have never met him. I truely hoped we could save him.

I can only hope he will have a death with as little pain as

possible. Perhaps his death will make someone want to make the

change because they know this sweet angus baby will end up on their

plate.

 

A baby veal calf was born on an Arizona ranch and was blind and

rejected by his mother. The farmers wife has been bottle feeding

him and has become attached to him and is going to save him from a

horrible death. This cow will be named " Vegan " and will be the

Guest of honor for World Vegan Day June 21st the event will be June

22nd at the Gentle Barn. He will live out his days at Gentle Barn.

He will need special formula, neutering, sod,special housing and vet

care which is really expensive for his blindness!

 

Please if you did want to help save Free the cow please send that

blindness will be pricey to deal with so please help. Make sure you

put for Vegan the Calf on the check or envelope
