PS. i might not know my 'offside' from a hole in the ground, but I

have 2 truly unmarketable skills that you might appreciate fraggle;

 

1) the ability to recall the home addresses of members of totally

obscure anarcho punk bands that split up in 1981 (tho I'm pleased to

say that this seems to be slipping now..)

 

2) the ability to precisely calculate, totally unconsciously, the

exact amount of left over beer from the previous pint to pour into

the already started next pint to fill the new pint EXACTLY to the

miniscus point without any spilling... My good friend Claire, also

not unfond of a social drink, has several times observed me to be

able to do this with total precision whilst deeply engrossed in

converastion and totallty unaware of what I am doing... she

says; " you bastard- one day you'll spill it " . But I never do. except

once when I consciously thought about it...
