I think only animal foods have cholesterol.

 

According to a what I've read most cholesterol in the body is created when we

eat saturated fats. This is a good thing for us vegans who eat no cholesterol

because cholesterol is required by the reproductive system. Also I've read in a

few places that there is some tendency for people with very low cholesterol to

commit violent acts.
