But nori may contain fish traces because of the way its processed -

so you may be getting B12 from that.

processed how?

how does seaweed have fish traces? besides like a fish rubbin up against it and

having sex near it er wotever

nori here is harvested off the mendocino coast, and dried in the sun or in a

drying room(depending on which of the 4 or so companies doing it)

 

so, i assume japanese nori is different?
