Guest guest
Thanks, Ashley. I tend to think this is correct because I had finally decided that the lip problems were due to lack of lubrication - not getting all of the fat that I was eating before. I would attribute this to perhaps missing the omega oils, omega-3 in particular is the one that is less abundant in the vegan diet. I have seen a few vegans with this. Flaxseed oil and hemp oil are good sources. Try a little bit mixed into your porridge with sultanas and sliced banana, and stir it in good before you add the white stuff which we can't refer to as milk because some farmers might get upset. Guest guest
Oh, and one more question- <excuse if it sounds silly> I am subject to random drug testing because I work in a sensitive position. I have some vegan food bars that contain hemp. Will that show a positive false reading on a urine test? <All these things to learn> Cynthia resppect [resppect] Wednesday, July 03, 2002 3:46 PM vegan-network Re: [100% veg*n ] Re: Advice? - " Ashley Hooper " <ash_hooper <vegan-network > Tuesday, July 02, 2002 3:29 PM [100% veg*n ] Re: Advice? > > > >I recently changed to a vegan diet and it is going even better than I > >had hoped. Guest guest
It very likely will show up positive and the reading will not be false. You'll have a tough time explaining that one. Also poppy seeds on a roll will also show up positive for heroin. - C. Gadarian vegan-network Wednesday, July 03, 2002 9:51 PM RE: [100% veg*n ] Re: Advice?
