I was just thinking - I taught a class for Foreign Drivers attempting to get

a Maryland License - required by the MD Motor Vehicles (I teach Driver

Education). A Brit was in the class. I had just figured out how to eat

Marmite, which for me means on toast with a lot of non-dairy margarine. He

suggested that I eat it:

" Slathered heavily on very sharp cheddar cheese slices. "

<I don't think my British ancestors are close enough to me in my family tree

for me to be able to eat that without severe distress, even if I did eat

cheese.>
