Guest guest
Hey all! New to the group! I'm vegan, but thought I'd check out your group and pass the word on a really good vegan cheese I tried. It melts, has no casein and comes in mozzarella flavor. That means the last hurdle has been cleared!!! I can have good pizza again!!! I've also tasted the nacho flavor and the caraway jack flavor. I've made really good mexican stuff with the nacho. I ordered it from www.imearthkind.com. The other site to order from is www.followyourheart.com. Follow Your Heart also has vegan mayo that's good too. Both sites have recipes...earthkind has cheese recipes and follow your heart has recipes for the their chicken substitute. I've tried the stuff and love it! -Nappygrrl

Guest guest
Hi Rosanne > Repeat after me Spam, spam, spam...Been a bit busy and popped in and > what do i find, same stuff everywhere. Sorry about that. It's often hard to tell what's spam and what isn't (particularly as I'm not on any other vegan lists!) I think maybe time for a new " rule " for new posters - first post should be a brief introduction. If it includes anything that looks like an advert, I could delete it before it gets to the list. I think I'll put something to that effect on the intro page. BB Peter --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Guest guest
I'll apologise if anybody actually joins in the chat. But...I 'as me doubts. Looks like the lolv2u messages are not so subtle marketing as well. I'd actually welcome good honest info about new food availability but not dressed up as innocent recommendations. Especially since I take a lot of note of what other people recommend on the lists as worth trying. I agree - I'm not saying that folk who post and join in with other stuff shouldn't share their latest discoveries with us. It's just it's very difficult to tell what is spam and what is a genuine post from someone who has just joined. I reckon if people take a couple of posts to introduce themselves first, then their recommendations will be genuine and not adverts. BB Peter --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
