i have done the same, i still occasionally wear an old

pair of adidas superstars which i realised were my

last pair of leather trainers before turning vegan

almost 8 years ago! i find that a decent amount of

skate shoes/trainers are non-animal synthetic leather,

especially etnies, adios and osiris...the one problem

i have is i still don't have a pair of proper shoes,

if i really have to wear shoes i borrow my friends or

dads, which is far from ideal. i've been hunting for a

pair of wallabee type shoes for ages, hemp ones would

be perfect, but i've only found them on an american

site for about £80, bit expensive, plus the hassle of

guessing my size. the other nightmare is wearing a

kilt/highland dress (leather sporran, buckles, belts,

shoes etc.) maybe impossible to find a vegan version,

which is extremely dissapointing, anybody on here have

any advice/solutions?
