Guest guest
To coincide with this year's Worldwide Anti-McDonald's Day, the classic documentary 'McLibel: Two Worlds Collide' will be screened at the Curzon Soho cinema in London on October 12th. McLibel defendants Helen Steel and Dave Morris will be there for a brief Q & A session, as will the director of the film, Franny Armstrong. And plenty of time to talk in the bar after. The film is playing together with Franny's new documentary 'Drowned Out' which follows the fight against the Narmada dam in India. See both films on the big screen for the bargain price of 5 pounds - only slight downside is it's at 10am on a saturday morning... More details below. Hope to see you there. McSpotlight PS. if you're not in London, how about organising a screening of one or both films yourself? contact <screenings for more info
