Heavens! What a quick response. I'm from Po-dunk Alabama. No not

really " Po-dunk " . But really Alabama. In the south, it's not

considered food unless it's dead or fried, so I don't have huge

options. One health food store, but I don't know how it compares

to " real " ones. I have to order cruelty-free/natural laundry

detergent, dish detergent and creamer from the internet. Stop

laughing....

There is vegan cheese available, but you can make a raw cheese from nuts

such as cashews, recipe's can be found in shazzie's detox book, or try

drinking green super food this helps get rid of your cravings - be it

for cheese or anything else. You can buy these online from

detoxyourworld.com or rawfood.com, its best from detoxyourworld if you

are in the uk - less freight to pay.

Hey!

I'm a new member and a vegetarian and I'm desperately (sp?) trying to

go vegan. Been trying for years. My downfall???????? CHEESE!! Someone

please tell me there is a decent alternative. Yes, I know about the

Uncheese cookbook. Did I mention I was LAZY????????? I know step one

is go without cheese for a while. I'm able to do this, but since

there are no alternatives, I go back to the hard stuff. HELP!!!!!!!!1
