high

Same reason that everyone else does :

 

Don't agree with them /allergic

They chose to exclude it from their diets in favor of more nutritionally

rich foods.

Hannah, I know that. But someone asked why vegans didn't eat gluten, and I

said that many vegans do, in fact, eat it. I was being a little tart.
