Larry Arlian, busted by PETA in 1992 for conducting cruel

experiments on animals, is at it again in 2005. But this time, Iams

is funding his " nutritional research " tests conducted on dogs and

cats by Iams shows dogs inside an Iams contract laboratory suffering

through painful surgical procedures as well as frightened dogs and

cats kept in barren, dark cages.
