Vancouver - veggie/vegan info?

Hi All,

 

A friend of mine is visiting Vancouver next week, and

would love to know if there are any vegan/vegetarian

eateries worth checking out (or avoiding, for that

matter!). They're also on a tight budget, so if

you've got any good links for safe, clean, hostels, I

guess that would help too. The trip is very much a

" vegan-self-catering-on-a-budget " affair!
