Ingredients:

perfect peanut rice noodles

ingredients

 

8 oz. uncooked rice noodles

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/3 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped

2 Tbs. soy sauce

1 tsp. fresh grated ginger

1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

1/2 cup water

4 oz. bean sprouts

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

2 green onions, sliced

2 Tbs. fresh cilantro, chopped

 

Directions:

 

In a large saucepan, boil about 8 cups of water.

Break noodles in half and pull apart slightly; drop into boiling water.

Cook uncovered 1 minute and drain.

Rinse in cold water; drain and set aside.

Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, ginger, and red pepper in same saucepan until

smooth.

Gradually stir in water until desired consistency.

Add noodles, bean sprouts, bell pepper, and onions and toss.

Sprinkle with peanuts and cilantro.

Id love to try it , but dont think the rest of the family would eat whats left, plus maybe just a little salty and cholestrol laiden with all those peanuts for me?

Sorry, confused again, are they high in calories or sumfink?

as fer salt....peanut butter, soy sauce?

seriously...make yer own

as long as you use it right away, there's no issue..commercial stuff just needs to worry about the oil seperating....with home made its no worry, as yer gonna use it then and there, er relatively quickly

a lot of stores around here have peanut butter machines, just add peanuts..but..all you need is like a blender er a food processor...

of course..i have neither...

then again, i rarely use peanut butter!
