Sure I could, but whatever they tell me is bound to be self-serving. I

could write to a slaughterhouse and ask if they're treating animals

properly, and I expect they'd assure me that they are. I'm hoping thre's a

somewhat more objective source of evaluation.

but it could be a first step

ie: Where do you recieve your animals from? are they captive bred or?

etc and so forth...
