I'm not real creative with them, usually just peel, dice and toss into

my soups. I likr their earthy flavor.

I just slice thin and snack on them raw,

either plain or with whatever herb/spice

blend for which I'm in the mood.

anyone have a fave turnip recipe?

we are in the process of moving our garden to raised beds, so ended up

harvesting all the turnips over the weekend...

i've used em in salads, soups, and baked, and last nite i made em in a

sautee....

but..always looking fer new ideas
