Among them are elephants and they need our help! The US Fish & Wildlife Service is accepting public comment through tonight and we are asking if you would would please take action immediately: Please contact the USFWS now, and urge they: Support a proposal by Kenya and other countries for a 20 year moratorium on trading ivory. Oppose the proposals of Tanzania and Zambia to reduce protection for elephants so they can begin trading elephant ivory. Comments are urgently needed by midnight 12 am (EST)/ 9 pm (PST). Please contact the USFWS without delay and forward this alert to your friends and family for quick action as well. http://www.fws.gov/DUSPIT/contactus.htm Thank you for your continued support and participation in IDA’s elephant campaigns.
