I love her chai tea recipe (I make it with almond milk) - and her chana masala recipe. She has a glossary of ingredients as well, which I find very handy, being new to cooking Indian food. At the top of each recipe she has the prep and cooking time and # of servings. Then at the end she puts the nutrition info per serving - calories, total fat, saturated fat, carbs, protetin, fiber, sodium.
