Guest guest Posted January 8, 2002 Report Share Posted January 8, 2002 Mushroom Pate 1 lb. mushrooms 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 can (14 oz.) can broth (chicken style) 4 cloves garlic 3 bunches green onions, finely chopped (both green and white sections) chopped crackers 1 container Tofutti cream cheese (vegan) or reg cream cheese Chop mushrooms, finely. Saute/ white onions and garlic in oil for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Add broth, cook until all liquid is gone. Let cool. Add Tofutti cream cheese and green onions. mix thoroughly.
